Sysma Holdings: Announced that it has entered into separate subscription agreements with 14 individuals to subscribe for new shares in the Company. The placement shares totaling 19.5m was issued at the price of $0.312 apiece, a 9.9% discount to the volume weighted average price of $0.3463 for trades done for its last trading day. Net proceeds of $5.8m will be used for the group's business expansion (70%) and the remaining for general working capital. Notable shareholders include Bobby Lim Chye Huat, Cheong Soh Chin.
