Centurion

Centurion: the counter went XB this morning. The bonus issue involves 1 free warrant (3 yr life, exercise price $0.50) for every 10 shares owned. To calculate Centurion's adjusted price on XB, we asssume full conversion of the warrants (since they are in the money, and can be exercised immediately on issue). Yesterday, Centurion's last cum-traded price was $0.55. Calculation for Centurion's adjusted price = [ $0.55 * 10 + $0.50 ] / 11 = $0.5455 Therefore, the difference between the last done at $0.52 and the adjusted price of $0.5455 may be attributable to market noise, and selling post the corporate action event.
