AsiaMedic: Extended lease of its 13,500 sf medical centre at Shaw House and secured an additional floor space of ~8,500 sf for 15 years. The additional floor space is scheduled for completion by 2H13. The expansion will add an additional 50%, which AsiaMedic intends to utilize to expand its core advanced imaging services and create more medical suites for own use and sublease. In addition, the group has a new sub-tenant Nichii International Clinic ("NIC") - subsidiary of Tokyo-listed Nichii Gakkan which will be taking up approximately 1,680 sf for its first general practice in Singapore and is expected to commence by 3Q13.
