WE Holdings: Group announced cessation of the proposed sale of its existing electronics business to Serial System, after failing to reach an agreement on the terms of the sale. Previously, the agreement on the sale of the segment was based on 3.3% of FY13's revenue (US$2.06m), including the option for Serial Systems to purchase the associated inventories on a cost basis, estimated at c.US$4.8m.
