Gallant Venture: has ceased to be an associate, as SCI did not subscribe to the former’s rights issue. SCI’s stake has dropped from 23.9% to 12%. Maybank KE has tipped a possibility that SCI may eventually seek to divest its entire stake in Gallant. Meanwhile, Anthony Salim's stake in Gallant has risen from 53.4% to 74.6% post the rights issue.
