Noble (technical)

Noble - Technicals looking good, with Stochastics hooking upwards from Oversold territory, while RSI is also bottoming out from depressed levels. The 20 day MA at $1.18 and 50 and 200 day MA at $1.19 will act as major resistance for stock.
