GLP

GLP: Has signed a new lease agreement of abt 39k sqm with Arata Corp. Arata will use the space leased in Greater Osaka as a consumer goods distribution centre to retail shops in western Japan. The site has a total GFA of 43.2k sqm and currently has 100% occupancy. This is also the 3rd lease agreement btwn GLP and Arata.
