Mkt cap of approx $120.8m Recent results included a disposal gain of $69.6m from the sale of Emirada Grp. Excluding that co would have reported a slight loss of 358k for the quarter. Co issued a 30c special div in Aug which explains the big drop in its chart.Co currently trades at P/B of 0.8x. Co does not look like a headline counter which the theme might be focused on which seems to be on the consumer staples or counters involved in the manufacturing and trading of food. It is however small enough to consider if investors start to take an interest in privatising Bread Talk and Chaswood.
