ST Engrg: Signs agreement to launch A330 Passenger-to-Freighter conversion programme with EADS, Airbus and EADS EFW.
Co will subscribe for 35% of EADS EFW for approx $186.6m with remainder held by EADS. EADS will also have a conditional call option to purchase co's 35% stake. This is expected to commence by end of 2012.
