Myanmar: PM Lee Hsien Loong has reaffirmed SG's support for the positive changes in Myanmar and the Myanmar's government's capacity-building efforts. PM Lee made these remarks during a meeting with Myanmar's Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, who updated Mr Lee on recent developments in Myanmar and expressed appreciation for SG's support towards Myanmar's reforms. Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Mr Shanmugam reiterated SG's readiness to assist Myanmar in its preparations for the 2014 ASEAN Chairmanship.
