Hutchinson IPO: Has set the price for its IPO at US$1.01/unit in a listing that could raise up to US$6.1b, a person familiar with the transaction said Friday. The group had set an indicative pricing range of US$0.91 to US$1.08 per unit in its prospectus filed to the MAS last week. The company is expected to announce the final pricing Mon. The listing will take place March 18.
