The new centre will specialize in cancer diagnostic and treatment together with palliative care, scanning and therapy services. The healthcare REIT has a total of 9 properties with 6 in Indonesia and 3 in Singapore. The REIT currently has a yield of approx 7.9%
stock now +1.3% at $0.805, having earlier made an all time high at $0.81.
